Xenia Ensemble Association was set up in 1995 with multiple aims , first and foremost the performance and promotion of contemporary chamber music. Since then the Association has carried out numerous initiatives which have developed over the years into three key activities: the promotion of Xenia Ensemble, Estovest concert series and the International Chamber Music Course for young string players. The Association has been partner of the research project "Fum.net. - Donne nelle Performing Arts" sponsored by the Turin Municipality in collaboration with Fitzcarraldo Foundation and four other organisations of women artists resident in Turin urban area. The Association is part of the "Coordination of Turin Music Associations", the R.IT.MO Italian network and the EEN European network of contemporary music ensembles .
